By requesting services from McPike Home Services, scheduling an appointment, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

McPike Home Services provides residential handyman, repair, and small remodeling services in Southern Maine. All services are subject to availability, written estimates, and agreed pricing.

Estimates, invoices, and job details are managed through our customer management platform, Jobber.

3. Scheduling & Payments

Appointments are scheduled through mutual agreement. Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and service information

  • Provide access to the property as required

  • Pay invoices according to the terms listed on the invoice

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and requesting service, you consent to receive service-related communications via text message from McPike Home Services through our Jobber platform.

These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Schedule changes

  • Estimates and invoices

  • Service updates

  • Follow-up communication

Message frequency varies based on service activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you initiate further communication.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide reasonable notice by phone or text.

McPike Home Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, material delays, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

McPike Home Services will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the scope of work performed.

7. Warranty

Any workmanship warranty, if provided, will be outlined in writing at the time of service.

8. Modifications to Terms

McPike Home Services may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
